Uninstall, doctor, audit, and backups

Everything here reads the receipt an install wrote — .ariadnev/receipt.json in a project, ~/.ariadnev/receipt.json for global scope.

doctor

ariadnev doctor [--global]

Health-checks files, hooks, settings bindings, and version against the receipt. Exit codes are 0 healthy, 1 degraded, 2 unhealthy — kept stable on purpose so CI can gate on them.

audit

ariadnev audit kit [--global] [--json] [--strict]
ariadnev audit scripts [--json] [--strict]

audit kit classifies every installed file as ok, modified, missing, or untracked and exits 1 on drift; --strict also fails on untracked files. audit scripts scans the scripts the kit ships for privilege escalation, remote code execution, and writes outside the skill.

backups

ariadnev backups list [--global]
ariadnev backups restore <timestamp> [--file <rel>] [--global] [--dry-run]

Installs and uninstalls take timestamped backups. restore safety-backs-up the current state before writing.

uninstall

ariadnev uninstall [--provider a,b] [--global] [--dry-run]

Removes exactly what the receipt lists for the chosen providers and preserves any file you edited since install. It recovers an install that was interrupted before its receipt was written, and it fails rather than reporting success when there is no install record at all.

Exit codes

Commands added after the CLI's first release share one table: 0 did what was asked; 1 ran and the answer is negative (drift found, verify failed); 2 could not run as invoked; 3 could not run because the environment is not ready. doctor, audit, validate, eval, skill, and run keep the codes they shipped with.
